William is the visionary behind SH Proptech, where he leverages his deep real estate and operational expertise to drive the development of technology-first solutions in the care and housing sectors.

Prior to starting SH Proptech, he founded a development company that focuses on vulnerable accommodation and is currently engaged in +40,000m² of projects at various stages.

He leads marketing and business development at SH Proptech, ensuring strategic growth and market positioning align with the company's mission.

Hans co-founded SH Proptech with a focus on building intelligent property technology tools.

With an MSc in Economics and Management, and experience in both software engineering and strategic consulting, Hans leads the design of SHP's data architecture and analytics models.

He specialises in converting complex development workflows into scalable, intuitive software. His R&D leadership spans user behavior modelling, automation, and predictive land analysis.

Brendon is a senior full-stack and DevOps engineer with a deep foundation in infrastructure automation and cloud-native systems.

Formerly at Klarna, where he led engineering projects on the Azure Kubernetes runtime, he brings enterprise-grade engineering to SH Proptech.

Brendon oversees the buildout of SHP's technology stack, leading R&D on deployment tooling, codebase architecture, and integrations across the platform's AI-driven modules.

Athul Roby is a data scientist and data engineer with an MSc in Data Science (Distinction) from the University of Roehampton. He has built AI systems involving natural language processing, large language models and agentic retrieval-augmented generation during an internship at Project Management Software Ltd. Previously, Athul developed large-scale ETL pipelines, APIs and web scrapers as a Python developer at Turbolab Technologies. He also has experience in data analysis, dashboarding and automation from his time at DDU GKY. His core skills include Python, SQL, NLP and data engineering.

Waqar Ahmed is a machine learning expert with a strong grounding in both the theoretical and practical applications of artificial intelligence. He has extensive experience replatforming application workloads to the cloud and identifying AI use cases, helping organisations define roadmaps to extract meaningful insights from data. Waqar specialises in optimising cloud architectures to support high-performance compute for complex machine learning workloads and conducts R&D to design and engineer such systems. He sets AI strategy and defines low-level designs, leading R&D on the Adema AI Recommender Engine and working end-to-end from inception and design through to productionising core ML systems.

Srashti Shetty is passionate about transforming property data into usable insights. She focuses on building scalable AI pipelines, document processing workflows and vector search systems that deliver real-time insights for the built environment.

Her work bridges applied AI and infrastructure, enabling smarter property evaluation and data-driven decision-making across SH Proptech's platforms.

Luke applies a research-led approach to user and market behaviour within SH Proptech's growth and analytics strategy. With a background in building digital systems for real estate, legal, and logistics sectors, he leads R&D on user engagement frameworks, data-led marketing infrastructure, and sales automation.

At SH Proptech, Luke ensures every product feature and update is guided by performance insights, helping shape a feedback loop between product development and user needs.
